Global Composting Solutions Ltd (HotRot) is a New Zealand-based business providing waste treatment solutions for customers with complex organic waste streams. HotRot designs, builds, installs and commissions integrated Organic Waste Treatment Plants around the proprietary HotRot Technology.
HotRot does not simply offer a composting unit. It offers a system. HotRot works with its customers to identify their needs and provide an integrated solution from waste reception through pre-processing, composting and final product handling and use.
HotRot Technology
Each HotRot unit has monitoring equipment that provides online diagnostic facilities and an auditable record demonstrating compliance with international regulatory guidelines and standards. The HotRot composting system is fully modular, allowing plant capacity to be easily extended by installing additional units as collection services or demand increases.
IN-VESSEL ODOUR FREE COMPOSTING UNITS
The HotRot 3518 is the largest of Global Composting Solution’s in-vessel composting units. Designed for larger municipalities and sewage treatment plants.
Suitable for on-site applications such as zoos and mining camps, smaller municipal transfer stations, resorts and commercial food waste facilities.
The HotRot 1509 sits between the HotRot 1206 and 1811 and is also ideal for processing organic waste from canteens and commercial premises.
The baby of the HotRot range, the HotRot1206, is designed to process food waste from canteens and commercial premises.
